Microsoft Pink Pure real phone exposed
Midnight yesterday,Microsoft Pink Pure phone’s real machine pictures appeared on net. Gizmodo has once again managed to get the first shots of the landscape QWERTY Turtle Project Pink phone – saying that their tipster is confirming that it’s headed to Big Red as well; possibly seeing an April release.
Based on the blurry looking images, you can make out the paneled interface that’s running on the handset – which looks similar to what was seen on Windows Phone 7 Series. Although it’s clearly not classified as a Windows Phone 7 Series handset, it may seem like it could be something like a feature phone platform that’s similar to Microsoft’s next generation platform. There are some distinct similarities with the fixed squares that displays music, email, RSS feeds, and something like a social networking hub of sorts.

The same source goes on to say that the Pure was intuitive, “better than Android,” and littered with Windows Phone 7 Series transition effects. It’s also hinted that it has the ability to tap into the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace, but no confirmation yet if it’ll be something else like what the Zune offers for its apps. Despite all of the recent Project Pink leaks, it’s unclear if all of this will have concrete ties with Windows Phone 7 Series or be something completely different with its own unique ecosystem. One thing is for sure after all of these leaks; Project Pink is definitely out of the bag and a reality.
