Windows Mobile 6.5.3 phones at CES:The curious guys over at WMExperts took it upon themselves to scope out other Windows Mobile packing handsets to see if they were running the same build that they found on the Toshiba TG01. And of course to their surprise, both the Pharos Traveler 137 and Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2 both were flaunting build 28005.3.0. Now it may become clearer that Microsoft may soon be launching the latest version soon, but they’ve been tight lipped about it all.
And right next door was the Sony Ericsson Xperia X2, and it had 6.5.3 as well, though it’s so heavily skinned with the Panels interface that you can’t tell at first glance.

HI,Toshiba TG01 fans in UK,today is a good day for you!Now a fans in UK will be treated to a special event in London on July 9 when Toshiba is expected to make some news about the release over there. This is definitely one remarkable Windows Mobile powered handset with its 4.1” WVGA 800 x 480 touch screen packed in a 0.39” casing. So far there is no word as to carrier availability or pricing, but maybe more news may come out on the night of July 9.
