BlackBerry Pearl 9100 is coming with full QWERTY?
Today I get a rumor that the TrueSupplier(BlackBerry parts manufacturer) will offer a full QWERTY keypad for the upcoming BlackBerry Pearl 9100, which currently sports the traditional SureType keypad akin to it.
Now there seems to be something fishy with this whole thing as it’s unlikely that RIM will offer two different variants of the same handset – nor will they offer some kind of interchangeable part to accommodate for both keypads. One thing is for sure, it’d be extremely difficult attempting to type away on the confined full QWERTY option. Although there might be a distinct possibility of this happening, we’d suspect that this could’ve been used for something like a prototype – still, there’s probably a segment out there that would really find this useful on the handset.

So let’s put aside the idea that this is a hoax because it’s more fun to speculate on the possibility of it being real. If RIM were to offer the 9100 with a QWERTY keypad, will the keys even be large enough to be functional. By the looks of the picture, the keys are incredibly tight.
So what do you think? Give me your opinion.
